  • Avoid caffeine right before your appointment, as it may cause increased blinking during the extension process.
  • Dress comfortably to enhance your relaxation.
  • Arrive with a fresh, clean face, free of makeup or products around the eyes.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
  • Shower prior to your appointment. Avoid contact with water or steam for the first 48 hours to allow the bond between the semi-permanent lashes and your natural lashes to set properly.

To maintain your eyelash extensions, please adhere to the following care instructions: 

  • Avoid bathing for at least 48 hours post-application.
  • Stay clear of water, tears, steam, saunas, Jacuzzis, sweating, and sprays or colognes on the eyelashes for at least 48 hours.
  • When washing your eyelashes, do not pour water directly on them. Instead, rinse gently with a safe cleanser and use clean hands to rinse the back of the eyelids.
  • When blow-drying, keep the dryer at least 50 cm away on the cold setting, blowing from below.
  • Do not brush your lashes when wet. Gently brush them from the base when dry.
  • Avoid eyelash curlers and waterproof mascara.
  • Use only oil-free makeup removers and products.
  • Remove eye makeup with the brush provided by your specialist, not with cotton pads.
  • Avoid sleeping on your face to prevent damaging the lashes.
  • Do not pull, pick, or rub your lashes.
